Andy's DIY Replacement Porch

A lovely customer in Lincolnshire sent us these photographs of his DIY porch replacement project. The original porch had been built many years ago and has obviously seen better days.

Everyone likes to come home to a neat and tidy house - replacing the old timber structure transformed the outside of the house and made an entrance to be proud of.

The customer wanted a letterbox in the side of the porch, which we incorporated into the midrail in the door. The right hand side was glazed completely in flat white panel rather than glass.

Andy sent us a photograph showing all the dimensions of the original porch so that we could manufacture the new roof at just the right height to allow him to re-use the original lead flashing.
